sessions

I offer counselling for both individuals and couples, with sessions available in person in central Winchester or online for your convenience.

• Individual sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly, and cost £60.

• Couples sessions are 75 minutes, held fortnightly, and cost £90.
  I also offer the option of weekly 50-minute sessions for couples (£60), depending on your needs and what feels most supportive.
   

Payment can be made in advance by BACS, or by cash or credit card on the day of your session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least four days (96 hours) notice. Cancellations made with less notice will be charged the full session fee. However, I’ll always do my best to offer an alternative session time within three working days of the cancelled appointment, depending on availability.
