I began my counselling and psychotherapy training at the Metanoia Institute in London in 2019. I hold a Certificate in Therapeutic Skills & Studies and a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling, and I’m currently completing an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at Metanoia.
My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), a powerful and accessible model for understanding how we relate to ourselves and others. I was drawn to TA because of its emphasis on self-awareness, personal growth, and developing healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Before training as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I explored and trained in a range of therapeutic approaches that continue to inform my work today. I hold a Certificate in Life Coaching and am a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I also qualified as a Meditation Teacher in 2011 and a Yoga Teacher in 2013 through the DRU International School of Yoga, and have taught yoga and meditation to groups and individuals for several years. Most recently, I completed teacher training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with the University of Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.
These experiences have deepened my belief in the importance of compassion, presence, and connection — values that continue to guide my work with clients today.
